cancellations
If you cancel or reschedule a service less than 48 hours before your originally scheduled date, we will charge a $100 late cancellation fee. If your cleaning is scheduled for a Monday, we kindly request notice of cancellation by 9 a.m. on the preceding Friday to avoid the fee.
If you or anyone in your household is sick, we kindly ask that you please cancel your cleaning to ensure the health and safety of our cleaners.
kids & pets
We are a kid and pet friendly cleaning company. However, while the cleaner is performing service, pets must be in a different area when vacuuming. If your pet is friendly, it is okay to be out and about while cleaning, unless causing difficulty for the cleaner to provide service.
We love kids and enjoy the family atmosphere. However, we will not care for your child, watch them, or let them help us clean. We thank you for your understanding.
happiness guarantee
We want you to be delighted and fully satisfied with our services! At the end of your cleaning, we kindly request a walk through with the cleaner who is providing the service. If you are not completely satisfied, please communicate with your cleaner at this time. Once you are satisfied we request you sign the Serene & Clean, LLC checklist.
If you are unable to be present for a walk through, please let us know of any concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning. Refunds are only available for the 24 hours after services are rendered.
